The objectives of the ideation workshops and strategy days are to work with key stakeholders within our clients to understand the current state of their customer experience strategy (if any), provide insights to industry trends and best practice and identify a future state outlining'what is great CX for ABC Co?'

Approach
Exceed will familiarise themselves with the client and review relevant background information, including interviewing key stakeholders.
Exceed will then facilitate the Ideation Workshop / Strategy Day.
Exceed will prepare and deliver an Outcomes Report including a detailed summary of the sessions discussion and provide recommendations.
