Maria brings with her over 20 years of experience and has worked in various capacities including talent management and recruitment, leadership, business development, corporate training, change management, performance improvement consulting and managing organisational learning and development. As a result of this she has extensive expertise in best practice behavioural selection methodologies, managing and improving people performance and engagement, as well as a proven track record in business transformation and project management.
