Peter Foskett has more than 15 years’ experience working with clients (both business and IT) developing technology solutions that best meet their business needs. His experience includes strategy, business analysis, solution design, technical sales and procurement, product marketing and product development. Peter possess a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (with Honours).
One of Peter’s key skills is the ability to communicate with operational executives, managers and business owners, to understand their current needs and future requirements.
Peter builds rapport readily with IT stakeholders, having had hands-on experience deploying these solutions. Peter has a strong technical background having previously worked for a contact centre technology vendor.
Peter has developed customer service technology solutions for Australia’s leading banks, insurers, mobile carriers, utilities and state government businesses. He has also worked with clients in India, Malaysia, Peru, Thailand and New Zealand.
For the last ten years, Peter has leveraged this experience, plus a solid knowledge of voice communications and contact centre technologies, to assist his corporate consulting clients with requirements discovery and analysis, customer service strategy development, business case preparation, tender documentation preparation, procurement process management, product evaluation, customer-vendor liaison, and IT project management.
