Exceed Global is a leading boutique consultancy specialising in Customer Experience (CX) and providing services in Advisory, Talent and Research. With an extensive national ASX client list, our business ethos is to work in partnership with our clients and make a difference to the customer experience and employee experience of our client’s businesses. Our established Talent service places resources both internally to support the Advisory business and externally for clients requiring new permanent employees or contractors.  Over the coming year, the Exceed Global growth plan is focused on expanding the Talent Team, implementing new working models and improved candidate care programs, as well as maximising the potential of existing supplier agreements.

As the main Recruitment Consultant based in Melbourne, you will be able to manage your own desk autonomously, drive and mould the Talent business to achieve success and represent Talent on the Leadership Team.

The Role

With a large client base and established panel agreements, recruitment vacancies often arise unsolicited. You will focus on building your relationship with our clients and sourcing both permanent and contract staff to undertake client engagements in the areas of Customer Experience (CX), Transformation, Operations and Information Technology. These roles can include - Project Management, Technical specialists, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Pre-sales specialists, Solution Engineers, Workforce Managers, CX Mangers, Contact Centre Managers and many more.  

 

Although this role often receives many unsolicited jobs to fill, you will need to be confident in having strategic conversations with clients and candidates, as well as sourcing for new business.  

Duties
  • Developing expert knowledge of your specialised market 

  • Managing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment process both internally and externally for clients

  • Leveraging our current PSAs and building long term relationships with existing and new clients in order to grow the Talent client portfolio

  • Conducting joint sales calls to clients with the Chief Customer Officer and others involved in pre-sales when necessary

  • Identifying continuous improvement ideas to manage our quality processes

  • Managing and improving the candidate care program

  • Contributing to the Exceed monthly eNewsletter

Essential Skills and Experience
  • A proven track record as a current or recent end-to-end recruitment consultant or a lead consultant with pre-sales experience

  • Prior experience in Customer Experience, Contact Centre and/or IT recruitment will be highly regarded 

  • Have the ability to liaise with senior clients & candidates at a strategic level

  • Bring high levels of energy and drive to your professional life

  • Have strong commercial acumen and sales instincts

  • Have familiarity with Bullhorn or other recruitment management systems
