Transforming CX from Good to Great at TAFE NSW

May 2, 2017

TAFE NSW has recently embarked on a transformation journey to transition from ten independent TAFE NSW Institutes to one TAFE NSW.  As part of this journey, Isabella was a keynote speaker at a conference focusing on “Building Relationships for Learner Success” for approximately 500 TAFE NSW stakeholders.  Her presentation titled “Transforming the Customer Experience from Good to Great” focussed on key themes from her book ‘Good to Great CX’.  She covered ideas on how to keep customers engaged, connected and supported, so that they complete their educational journey.  Isabella spoke about customer experience drivers and how they impact an organisation and can be leveraged to bring TAFE NSW’s core values to life.  The presentation was well received, with the following feedback provided by Deborah Willmer, Regional Modernisation Change Manager at TAFE NSW:

Hi Isabella

Thank you so much for your contribution to our teaching conference this afternoon. I really valued your input and especially want to thank you for the research and effort you put into tailoring your customer experience message to our educational context.  I look forward to future opportunities to work with you and also to attend your book launch.

Thanks again for providing a compelling message to conclude our conference.
